Ingraham typically fields two mixed ultimate teams in the winter season. Most of the practices for the mixed season occur in November and December with games in January and February.
Mixed ultimate is a fantastic opportunity to play on a team which is mixed genders in a truly welcoming environment. Folks who are new to the sport tend to be amazed how open and welcoming the sport is. As a self-officiated sport, the kids are taught to advocate for themselves, while still respecting the other individual.
