Updates & Info

WOW! Saturday (Sept. 16) was intense! So many great performances! So much DUST!

  • The JV girls finished 3rd, and Freshmen 2nd. The Varsity girls ran in the most elite race of the day, finishing 5th, as the first 3A team!

  • The boys also ran super well, with the JV Boys finishing in 20th, and the Varsity team finishing 13th!. Ian S. had the best Varsity finish of all Rams yesterday, and the fastest time, running 16:56 to finish 11th!

Remind me, when/where are practices?

  • Sat: 9am at Lower Woodland Park
  • Wednesdays are an early dismissal day.  We will still meet at 4pm, at Lower Woodland Park unless other arrangements are made
    • Metro E-LINE Info:
    • We’re unable to officially organize carpools, but, you are free to work out those details with your parents, or other students if they can drive you, and you are allowed to ride with them.
    • If you are unable to drive yourself over,  there is also the option of taking the E-LINE bus (formerly route 358) from Ingraham HS to the park. At least one captain will be riding the bus and will help organize a place and time to meet.

  • Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri: 4pm at the Softball Field behind the school.

What’s the season schedule again?

A meet schedule document is at the link below:

An all events schedule is here:

The one at this link will include other, non-meet events, and will be updated often. We can find ways to make sure any athletes still feel like part of the team and are working towards their goals through things like cross training and altered workouts.

The site also has a schedule:

I’d like to help out, what can I do?

  • Sign up for snack duty. You can bring snacks to the meet or send ‘em with your kid. Donating cash more your style? You can do that too.

  • Meet Support. We are looking to have snacks and assistance at meets.

  • Meal Help. We are coordinating a number of meals this season. If you have the time, and the space, you can sign up to host, or help with, one of them. Most are on the "All Event" calendar, but there has been talk of a breakfast.

What if I have more questions?

Contact Coach Swift, or one of our coaching staff. We have four Coaches (see below) and six terrific Captains. During the season, we expect to have an extra volunteer Coach or two around, as well.
